Job Description
The Data Consultant / BA Tester plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position involves understanding the business requirements, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets, extracting data, and creating excel reports that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role holder will gather and analyze data sets and relevant information from various sources working with business stakeholders as well as data analysts, data scientists, data engineers to identify actionable business insights.
- 1-5 years of experience in providing in Data Analytics / Testing
Good to have Banking domain knowledge in UAE/Middle East
- Outstanding analytical skills with attention to detail. Tenacity to identify the root cause of problems is essential.
- Robust knowledge of data, systems and analytical tools like SAS/SQL and Excel., Proven ability to quickly learn new systems and data environments.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills, who can think creatively and strategically while building cross-functional and cross-divisional relationships and excellent communication skills.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) (optional)
- SAS certification (optional)
- Familiarity with Core Banking Systems/CRM /Loan Management Systems preferred
