Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with other team members to get the necessary information
• Reviews the Contract Documents to become acquainted with requirements and specifications of the project
• Assists in developing and preparing Job Budget by activity based on the Contract Documents
• Verifies Material Requisition Forms (MRF) by checking the quantities against budgeted quantities to ensure that they are within the Budget and making sure that the ordered items comply with contract specifications
• Assists in investigating and validating the source and causes of over budget items
• Entries of delivery notes and subcontractors payment certificates on AmanaTech (as required)
• Assists in preparing/checking variation orders required by the Client
• Assists in the preparation of the support documents of the projects claim
• Assists in revising the Job Budget to accommodate the items that are missing from the approved Job Budget or for effects of Client Variation Orders
• Performs quantity take-off based on the methods of measurements as set in the contract documents (for both variations and final measurement of the projects)
• Assists in the preparation of as-built quantification for re-measurement contracts as specified with contract
• Assists in verifying the quantities and final measurements of subcontractors payment certificates
• Performs site visits to prepares and updates the progress report
• Assists in preparing the site daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Assists in preparing and issuing the monthly cost report

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Architect, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same role
• Excellent communication skills
