Description
The Paralegal Trainee Lawyer will provide legal support for the organization to help it succeed in its duties. They will report directly to the GC. They will work closely with the GC and other members of the Legal & Compliance Department, the support functions and the investment team, functioning as a partner to the organization. The Paralegal will also support Corporate Secretary to handle the administrative duties for the entire organization by attending the meetings of the various committees and, taking accurate minutes, following- up with all stakeholders,, liaising internally and externally with various high caliber government entities and officials, and ensuring all requirements regarding due process are adhered.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of post-qualification experience
- Some in-house corporate or investments exposure is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- UAE National
