WHAT YOU'LL DO


As the Recruiting and Employer Branding Specialist, you will support the recruiting team to adapt and optimize local and international recruiting communication strategies. You will play a critical role in elevating BCGs brand in the Middle East region and beyond to our key talent audiences. Collaborating with the Recruiting Manager and the core team you will be creating, implementing, and measuring innovative employer branding and talent attraction strategies for BCG Middle East in line with the global recruiting strategy.

YOU'RE GOOD AT


  • Developing comprehensive employer branding and talent attraction strategies with measurable ROI
  • Creating all recruiting marketing materials (incl social media, brochures, events and videos) for recruiting events
  • Creative storytelling that captures real life, high impact employee experiences
  • Driving effective social media and employer branding campaigns from start to finish
  • Tracking and measuring metrics, always looking for opportunities to improve and optimize results
  • Researching competitor trends and developing key insights/best practices to increase BCGs brand awareness and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing amongst the team members


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • Relevant bachelors degree plus a minimum of 4 years successful recruitment marketing, branding and/or social media experience
  • Knowledge of social media mechanisms across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Capacity to work in a demanding, fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels
  • Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
