Job Description

Motivate Media Group is looking for a media sales manager to be part our the Emirates Woman team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use their initiative and expertise to identify commercial opportunities and maximize revenue generation for the brand across multi-media platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the sales activity across the print, digital and event portfolio to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Generates revenue from creation and sale of compelling advertising and sponsorship deals.
Constantly seeks out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that targets are met.
Develops strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Timely updating of relevant data on the company CRM system.
Timely preparation and reporting of sales figures, sales pipeline, industry trends etc.
Account management of existing clients.

Prerequisites:

Minimum 3 years of media sales experience.
Strong negotiating & closing skills.
Effective time management and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Valid UAE driving license.
