Job Description

The Role / Responsibilities:

As a Product Consultant in the KYC Solution Delivery team, you will be participating in various implementation projects by providing assistance to our clients for the configuration, and implementation of our KYC products. You should possess both functional and technical capabilities together with client-facing skills. In general, you will be expected to assist in performing project tasks such as:

  • Working closely with project managers, customer success managers and product specialists to gather business requirements, document and implement solutions that meet customers needs. Assist in the installation and upgrading of our software for clients
  • Configure or help configuring our software to match the clients' needs
  • Participate in the Testing activities (unitary, integration, UAT)
  • Provide technical training to clients administrators
  • Utilize our tracking systems (issues, timesheet)
  • Actively participate in enhancing our products suite and knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of 'how-to' entries, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. Bachelors degree) required in engineering, computer science, or equivalent IT-related degree program
  • Good knowledge of Arabic language
  • 0-3 years experience working in a technical role, ideally within a SaaS platform.
  • Functional understanding of finance instruments within the banking or insurance industries.
  • Relevant experience in 3rd party screening and monitoring solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Exposed Person risk management
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS applications, Cloud Services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Client communication

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
