Job Description
The job holder will be expected to design, configure and assemble high power workstations for CAD/BIM and Engineering applications. In addition to assembling test and roll out workstations suited to run the prescribed software. The job responsibilities have been detailed below.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure the workstation as per customer software requirement and environment.
- Detail specification of workstations as per site conditions.
- Assemble test and optimize the operation of workstations.
- Check components and maintain inventory of components.
- Maintain warranty list of components.
- Secure pricing of components.
- Maintain stock of inventory.
- Test and certify components for use in workstations.
- Provide onsite customer support.
- Maintain RMA records and follow up.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or degree in engineering.

- Knowledge of agile methodology is highly desirable.
- Strong Knowledge of Revenue management.
- High attention to details including effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing projects simultaneously
