Job Description

Knowledge:

  • Sound knowledge of lubricants business.
  • Good knowledge of GCC and Non-GCC custom regulations as well as duty exemptions for trade within Middle East regions.
  • Knowledge on socio-economic-political framework of the countries under TEMME.

Skills:

  • Perfect Selling and Negotiation Skills
  • Strong Relationship Management skills for distributors
  • Analytical & comprehension skills. Trend analysis and forecasting would be advantage
  • Strong communication and Presentation skills (MS-Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Language Proficiency English is a must (write, read & speak), Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage

Education:

  • Engineering or Management Graduate

Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience (at least 3 years in a managerial capacity) within sales function of direct distributor management.
  • Prior experience in lubricants, automotive spare parts, construction industries is preferred.
