Job Description
Job Purpose
As a Private Banking Acquisition Manager, your role is to continually develop the banks market share of the Private Banking (PB) segment by presenting relevant products to new and existing HNW clients across the region.
To achieve this purpose, you will:
- Continually seek out relevant potential clients across the UAE and wider GCC markets through frequent travel to KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar & Oman.
- Support the growth of ENBD Wealth revenues across our UAE, KSA, London, and Singapore platforms through the selling of offshore accounts.
- Onboard clients directly to PB, complete the onboarding process smoothly, make sure initial funding, AUM transfer, etc.
- Maintain the relationship for up to 6 months to deepen and grow the clients portfolio of products, such as CASA, FD, Mortgage, Lombard Lending, Investment AUM, etc., with a target value of USD 3 Million plus.
- Smooth handover of relationship to a PB RM and work closely with them as and when required.
- Continually seek out opportunities to upsell PB products and packages to existing bank customers within PB sector.
Main Responsibilities :
- Achieve assigned sales targets to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues. Develop new markets and new/existing customers within your assigned territory to enhance sales volumes/ revenues for Liabilities (CASA/FD) & AUM.
- Cross sell non-assigned products & services to contribute to the banks revenues and market share in the PB segment.
- Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide market intelligence to supervisors on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plans.
- Maintain active feedback loop with upline management and the Product Team to promote continual enhancement of product features and offerings in line with market trends and clients requirements.
- Maintain KYC/AML vigilance and strict adherence while sourcing any new Fixed deposits, Accounts or any Cross Sell Product
- Identify and analyse the areas of potential risk under the portfolio and report them.
- Ensure you are always fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, mis-selling etc. and comply with all policies and regulations.
- To be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile for each client as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
