Responsibilities

As the Director of Sales, you will be mainly responsible to develop and implement sales strategy, drive revenue growth and establish strong client relationships. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Analyze sales and performance data to drive continuous improvement, identify emerging market trends, opportunities and challenges
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive edge
  • Drives revenue with the team, establishing and implementing short, mid, and long term strategies and action plan for optimal results
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and service excellence in all interaction with guests, Colleagues and partners

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Proven sales management and leadership experience in the luxury hospitality sector
  • With previous experience in the GCC, with in-depth knowledge of market trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape
  • Well versed in use of computer and applications
  • With excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial statements, revenue reports and market data
  • Analytical approach to problem solving using data to make conclusions
  • With strong leadership skills, able to train, motivate and inspire others
  • Strategic thinker, with results-driven mindset and commitment to deliver exceptional guest experiences
