Your challenges

  • Lead the charge on marketing automation, ensuring processes are slick and aligned with the industry best practices.

  • Pinpoint our ideal customers by defining audiences and vividly representing accurate client personas.
  • Map out customer journeys tailored for customers from all around the globe and their unique trading tastes.
  • Keep an eye on market movements, competitors' moves, and jump on opportunities to improve our customer experience.
  • Ideate and share insightful content across emails, notifications, pop-ups, and social channels that keep audiences returning for more.
  • Plan and execute critical marketing automation tasks, from managing leads to ensuring our tools stay in sync.
  • Be the wizard behind the curtain for our campaigns' performance metrics and integrations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing automation role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • University degree in finance, business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • Independent project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
  • Capability to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
