Requirements:

  • 2- 3 years exp in marketing
  • Showcase event marketing experience in the Eastern European regions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective messaging.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding to challenges with agility.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Eastern European languages is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the approved marketing plan tailored to each region in alignment with overall business objectives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in each region.
  • Collaborate with distributors to implement marketing initiatives that align with their business goals. Guide the customization and localization of marketing materials to suit regional requirements.
  • Plan and execute participation in relevant industry exhibitions and events. Coordinate logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility. Engage with potential customers, partners, and industry professionals during events.
  • Develop and manage regional marketing budgets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing head to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand market feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to distributor marketing teams to enhance their understanding of corporate branding and marketing strategies. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure consistent implementation of marketing initiatives.
