Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review marketing content as fit for business units, recommend content and messaging strategies for business units;
  • Create marketing campaigns and programmes which will fit to business metrics of UVs, sign-ups and effective first time deposits, while ensuring timely reports of such initiatives;
  • Oversee operational processes and systems to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals;
  • Work efficiently with other departments to develop and implement strategies and operations which will improve business metrics;
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes;
  • Train staff on new or revised processes;
  • Monitor compliance with processes and take corrective action as needed;
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives;
  • Participate in strategy meetings and provide input on operational implications of proposed strategies;
  • Prepare reports for senior management on status of operations and progress towards objectives.



Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Web3 and/or crypto industry;
  • Essential experience in trading (which can be non-crypto) if the previous criteria is not met;
  • Passionate and talented leader and people manager, with strong brand and planning acumen, who has experience researching and planning for consumer and/or tech brands;
  • 7+ years of relevant brand or product marketing experience in finance and tech space;
  • Strong experience and keen interest in analyzing brand, consumer, category, cultural trends and data insights to identify opportunities for the brand;
  • Experience in running integrated campaigns from strategy to execution, and end-to-end project management;
  • Experience in forming strong working relationships with marketing counterparts in paid, owned and earned disciplines, forming the basis of trust and action to move strategies from theory to reality;
  • See brand and strategy as a team sport, drawing upon your expertise and others' in brand, creative, digital, social, paid, owned, earned, and whatever comes next.
